Doña Gertrudis Micaela y doña María de Jesús Rodríguez de Acosta, hermanas, la primera mujer legítima de don Francisco Javier de Olartegochea, quien le dio licencia para esta escritura, de mancomún otorgan que han recibido de don Mateo Lorenzo Murphi, Regidor perpetuo del Ayuntamiento de la Nueva Veracruz, la cantidad de 1 000 pesos que les ha suministrado por hacerles beneficio y buena obra, otorgándole recibo y se obligan a satisfacer esta suma en el término de dos años que corren a partir del 10 de enero con el respectivo premio de un 5 %, y para la seguridad del pago hipotecan una casa de cal y piedra, situada en la Calle Nueva que linda al frente y sur con casa de doña Rita Casimira Morales [Ortiz de Zárate], al norte con callejuela por donde corren las aguas de Xallitique, al oriente con casa de Pedro Pérez de Llera, al poniente con casa de [José] Ignacio Pavón y Muñoz.
