El Presbítero don Juan Manuel del Valle y Vieyra, de esta vecindad, otorga poder especial a don Saturio Calatañasor, para que en su nombre demande y cobre a don Ángel González y Echeverría, los 3 000 pesos de capital de plazo vencido que recibió con hipoteca de la casa de la testamentaria de sus padres, ubicada en la calle de la Amargura de Veracruz, en el año de 1825, como perteneciente a la congrua del Presbítero don Fermín del Rivero, con más sus correspondientes réditos.
