Juan de Echagaray, Contador de la Reales Cajas de Veracruz, vende a Francisco Ortiz, alías el Chico, vecino de este pueblo, una casita de madera embarrada y techada de tejas, en la calle del Convento de San Francisco que sube hacia la casa de los Pedrotes, con el solar en donde está construida, linda al poniente con dicha calle, por el costado del norte con casa de Francisco de Thormes, al sur con solar de Domingo José de Santa María, al fondo con la cerca de cal y canto de las casa del otorgante, libre de empeño, al precio de 80 pesos de oro común.
