Don José Antonio de la Madrid y Lobiano, junto con su legítima esposa, doña María Manuela Callejo García de Mendoza, vecinos de la ciudad de la Nueva Veracruz y residentes en esta Villa de Xalapa, otorgan poder especial a don José Ignacio de la Torre, también vecino de Veracruz, para que en sus nombres otorgue escritura de venta de una casa que dieron a don Juan Manuel Muñoz, difunto padre de Ignacio Muñoz, quien fue primer esposo de doña María Manuela Calleja y como el monto de la venta corresponde a los hijos que ambos tuvieron en su matrimonio, por eso desea que se entregue la mencionada escritura, con lo cual ella y sus hijos recibirán la cantidad de 54, 000 pesos.
