Doña Lucía Josefa de Acosta, viuda de don Luis Beltrán Ortíz de Zárate, vecina del pueblo de Jalapa, con testamento hecho el 6 de octubre de 1769 y un codicilio de fecha 10 de septiembre de 1772, otorga nuevamente por vía de codicilio que nombra como su albacea testamentaria, en primer lugar a doña Catarina Viviana Ortiz de Zárate, su legítima hija, en segundo lugar a don Luis Ortiz de Zárate, su sobrino.
