Don Bartolomé Álvarez, de esta vecindad y comercio, dijo que por cuanto en el Juzgado del Señor don José Simón de la Portilla[Cabello], Juez Comisionado por el Excelentísimo Señor Virrey, se está procediendo criminalmente contra Justo Campos, preso en esta Real Cárcel por estar implicado en el robo u ocultamiento de dos cajones de efectos propiedad de don José Elías Nogueira, los cuales extravió su conductor en el camino a Veracruz, por lo cual el otorgante se constituye en fiador carcelero de dicho Justo Campos, obligándose a presentarlo cada vez que el juez se lo requiera.
