Don José de Ávila, Alcaide de la Real Cárcel, dijo que por cuanto se halla presa en dicha Real Cárcel, María Josefa Martínez, a pedimento de su marido José Estrada por desavenencias en su matrimonio, cuya causa se sigue en el juzgado del Señor Alcalde Ordinario de segunda elección de esta Villa, y habiéndose enfermado dicha María Josefa Martínez, se ha ordenado se excarcele en calidad de presa hasta que mejore su sanidad, por lo cual el otorgante sale y se constituye en fiador comentariense y carcelero seguro, de tal manera que restablecida de sus males la devolverá y presentará en esta Real Cárcel.
