Juan de Santa Cruz Morgado, vecino de la provincia de Tepeaca, como principal obligado, y Nicolás de Herrera Almazán, como su fiador, se obligaron a pagar a la Santa Iglesia Catedral de la ciudad de Los Ángeles, 145 pesos un tomín y medio de oro común, por otros tantos que valieron y montaron las semillas, ganados y lana de la Hacienda de San Miguel, Pago de San Andrés Chalchicomula, que dicho principal compró al Lic. José de Siles, presbítero, colector de diezmos, para fin del mes de diciembre del presente año.
