El Licenciado don Gregorio Fentanes, Cura y Vicario Foráneo, Juez Eclesiástico de esta Villa, ha recibido de doña Rita Morales, de esta vecindad, la cantidad de 500 pesos que se hallaban situados y cargados en la casa que en esta Villa tiene y posee por suya propia en la Calle Nueva, con cuyo gravamen a favor de una obra pía de misas fundada por don Antonio Primo de Rivera, la compró a don Diego Leño, como costa en escritura del 12 de mayo de 1796, por lo que otorga recibo y cancelación de la escritura.
