Bartolomé García, Maestro de Sastre y vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, con poder especial otorgado a su favor por María del Moral, viuda y albacea de Francisco Carranza, junto con Rosa Carranza, mujer del declarante, por Antonio Carranza hijo y heredero de dicho Francisco Carranza, haciendo uso del poder, recibe de José Antonio de Santa Ana, sotasíndico del Convento de San Francisco, la cantidad de 250 pesos provenientes de las limosnas que han dado a dicho convento, de cuya cantidad se obliga a reconocer a réditos a razón del 5% anuales y como seguro de la deuda hipoteca las casas mencionadas en el poder.
