Doña María Josefa de la Cruz, natural del pueblo de Teziutlán y vecina de Jalapa, hija legítima de don Ignacio de la Cruz López del Monasterio y de doña María Antonia Rodríguez, otorga su testamento donde declara que fue casada en primeras nupcias con don Miguel Pérez Chamorro, difunto, con quien tuvo por hijos a doña Mariana, doña María Matiana Pérez Chamorro, y don Manuel Pérez Chamorro, todos casados. Declara asimismo que se casó en segunda vez con don Domingo Díaz Mier, difunto, no teniendo hijo alguno de él. Nombra como albacea testamentaria a su hija doña Mariana, y como herederos universales a sus tres hijos.
