El Alférez Don Antonio de Medina, vecino de Jalapa, dijo que por cuanto su madre Doña Margarita Márquez ha labrado una casa de piedra, cubierta de teja, en la Calle Real y a mano izquierda yendo a la Veracruz, linda con el Callejón nombrado de Domingo El Portugués; y por el otro lado, con casas de Manuel de la Peña, maestro de herrero; y la parte que en ella le pudiera tocar como heredero de su madre, le hace gracia y donación a su hermana María de Medina, mujer legítima de Francisco de Castro, vecinos de este pueblo.
