Don Sebastián de la Higuera y Matamoros, como universal heredero del Capitán Don Francisco Fernández de la Higuera y de los bienes y mayorazgo del ingenio La Santísima Trinidad, se obligó a pagar a su tío Don Juan de Castillete, vecino de la ciudad de México, 14 176 pesos y 5 tomines de oro común, del ajuste de cuentas y avío de los ingenios La Santísima Trinidad y Nuestra Señora de la Concepción, en esta manera: 2 362 pesos y 6 tomines del primer pago de seis en cada un año, en reales, contados de los azúcares que le mandare y de su propio caudal, sin que hubiere pleito alguno.
