Don Manuel de Cueto y Vierna, Capitán de Caballería de los Reales Ejércitos, otorga poder a Isidro Obregón y Francos, vecino de Molledo, en el valle de Iguña, para que defienda y administre su ferrería del Gorgollón, situada en la Villa de Pesquera, y solicite licencia del Comisario de Marina de Santander para el aprovechamiento de leñas muertas y rodadas, y en caso de concedérsele, se meta en los montes de la fija dotación de dicha fábrica a cortar las leñas, también se le da éste para ajustar cuentas, contratos o contratas de fierro con el fin de dirigirlos a esta América, y después de verificada la contrata pueda vender con acuerdo del Mayordomo Pablo de Vierna, todo el que labrase dicha fábrica.
