Don Gabriel de Labayen, vecino y del comercio de la Nueva Veracruz, residente en esta Villa, presentó para su aceptación a don Juan de Revilla de la misma vecindad y comercio, una libranza de 150 pesos fuertes, plata doble, a lo que Revilla contestó que no paga dicha libranza por no tener fondos del girador, y con lo que contaba se pagaron otros gastos de la memoria que remitió a Veracruz. Oído por el señor Lavayen protestó contra quien más haya lugar, por todos los daños y prejuicios que puedan erogárseles tanto a él como al endosante, por la negativa a la satisfacción de la letra.
