Don Francisco Fernández y Agudo, de esta vecindad y comercio, dijo que al ciudadano Narciso José de Echeagaray se le dio el cargo en la colecturía de la lotería de Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe, por lo respectivo al expendio de billetes en esta ciudad, de lo que se le pidió dar una fianza de 1 000 pesos para desempeñar ese destino. Por lo antes mencionado, el comparente otorga que se obliga como fiador del nominado Echeagaray, para caucionar con las responsabilidades de dicho destino según y cómo lo ordena la ley, poniendo la cantidad citada a disposición de los señores jueces.
