Don Ángel González, Regidor Perpetuo, Alguacil Mayor de la Nueva Ciudad de Veracruz, y don Miguel Ignacio de Miranda, ambos residentes en esta Villa, otorgan poder especial a don Tomás Ramón de Ibarrola, vecino de la Capital de México, para que en representación de sus derechos los obligue a favor del señor don Antonio de Basoco, Caballero de la Real Orden Española de Carlos Tercero, Contador Honorario del Ejército, y por don Ángel como fiador que desde luego se constituye junto con don Pedro Miguel de Echeverría, por la cantidad de 25 000 pesos, mitad de los 50 000 que don Juan Bautista Lobo y don Martín de Olasagasti solicitan y está dispuesto a dar dicho Basoco, a premio de 5% anuales y por término de 5 años.
