Doña Josefa Roso, vecina de la Villa de Xalapa, viuda de don Francisco de Paredes, otorga poder general a don Pedro Antonio de Garay y Llano, vecino y del comercio de la ciudad de la Nueva Veracruz, para que en su nombre y como madre y tutora de sus hijos menores y de su marido cobre todas las cantidades que le estén debiendo a su marido, así también para que en razón de dichas cobranzas parezca ante los señores jueces, justicias, juzgados y tribunales que convenga.
