El Capitán General Manuel de Olmedo, natural de la Villa de Tudela de Duero del Obispo de Valladolid, en Castilla la Vieja, hijo de los difuntos Regidor don Manuel de Olmedo y doña Francisca Martínez y su mujer doña María Josefa de Araciel, natural de Veracruz, hija de los difuntos don Francisco de Araciel y doña María de Zintra, ambos realizan testamento, en el cual declaran por hijos a doña Josefa, a don Manuel y don Juan, Presbíteros, a doña Antonia, casada con don Manuel de Eguía, al Lic. Francisco, Presbítero, y a doña Teresa de Olmedo y Araciel. Se nombran recíprocamente, junto con sus seis hijos, albaceas testamentarias, a los que nombran como sus herederos universales.
