Don Francisco de Gomiciaga, vecino de la Ciudad de México y residente en este pueblo de Jalapa, otorga poder especial a don Pedro Ruiz de Masmela, vecino del Real y Minas de nuestra señora de Los Álamos, provincia de Sinaloa, para que a su nombre venda a cualquier persona, al contado o fiado las cinco piezas de esclavos que quedaron por bienes de Miguel de Gomiziaga, su difunto hermano, y que le pertenecen como único heredero del difunto, por disposición de testamento, del cual es albacea don Francisco Gómez.
