Don Juan Ignacio Bustillo, Teniente de Navío de la Real Armada y residente en este pueblo de Jalapa, revoca el poder que otorgó a don Luis Burón en la ciudad de Cádiz, dejándolo en buena opinión, crédito y fama, cuyo poder era para que pudiera recibir el dinero que se le remitiese a España, y respecto a que el la fragata Santa Lucia se remitieron registrados de su cuenta y riesgo 2 000 pesos a entregar en Cádiz a don Francisco Fernández de Rabago, suplica a este retenga en su poder dichos 2 000 pesos para entregarlos a su arribo a Cádiz a su hermano don Pedro de Aicinena y por su ausencia a don Fermín de Elizalde y Aicinena.
