Doña Juana Juliana Ortiz, viuda de don José Rodríguez y don Nicolás Antonio Rodríguez, madre e hijo, ambos vecinos de este pueblo, dijeron que usando del poder para testar que dicho José les otorgó, ordenan su testamento en donde declaran: falleció el 4 de febrero del presente año en su rancho Totolapa; mencionan que el difunto fue casado con la otorgante, procrearon 6 hijos, nombran como herederos a sus hijos y nietos.
