Don Manuel Antonio Ysasi y don José Manuel Ricoy, vecinos y del comercio de Veracruz, residentes en esta Villa, por cuanto se halla arrestado en esta Real Cárcel don José Rigoni, por orden del Señor Alcalde menos antiguo de esta Villa, sobre las diligencias promovidas por Rigoni en el punto de disenso que promovió en el juzgado con Ana Vanegas, vecina de esta Villa, madre de María Paula Borja, y por cuanto el mencionado Rigoni ha enfermado en el arresto, otorgan que se constituyen en fiadores del referido Rigoni para regresarlo a prisión en cuanto se restituya su salud.
