El Capitán José de la Fuente, como Ministro Hermano Mayor de la Orden de San Francisco, otorga haber recibido del Presbítero Juan José de Socas, 500 pesos de contado, mismos que Juan de Bárcena como albacea de don Manuel de Boza, ocupó para fundar una obra pía a favor de la Orden Tercera, y que impuso sobre su casa don Juan González, cuyo albacea vendió al Presbítero Socas, por escritura de 23 de octubre de 1794, por lo que da por libre y cancelada dicha escritura en cuanto a la obligación e hipoteca.
