Don José Muñoz, Coronel Graduado y Teniente Coronel del Regimiento de Dragones de España, Gobernador electo de Tlaxcala, residente en esta Villa, otorga que ha recibido de las arcas de dicho regimiento, la cantidad de 540 pesos 7 reales, 3 granos, por fallecimiento del mariscal del repetido cuerpo, y se ha declarado heredera a su hija adoptiva María Estefanía de la Luz, cuya suma por ser en su poder otorga de ellos recibo; y se obliga a tenerla y a contribuirle con 8 pesos mensuales para su subsistencia y alimento, por mano de doña María Josefa Alonso y Chávez; y para mayor seguridad del principal ofrece por su fiador a don Pedro Muñoz, Ayudante Mayor del mismo regimiento de Dragones.
