Don León Carballo, vecino del pueblo de Tlacotalpan, residente en esta villa, otorga poder especial a don Ángel Narciso de Ochoa y Ortega, de esta vecindad, para que en su nombre y representación, siga y termine en este Tribunal de Segunda Instancia, el artículo de apelación que han interpuesto de la sentencia dada por el juez de letras de Alvarado, en la causa seguida en el juzgado por el administrador de alcabalas don Joaquín Reyes contra el otorgante, por la queja que produjo contra su manejo.
