Don Domingo Díaz Mier, vecino de este pueblo de Jalapa, otorga que da en arrendamiento a don José María Ponce de León, un rancho que esta en la hacienda de Lencero, por tiempo de 9 años contados desde hoy, mismo que tenía arrendado a don Bernardo Gómez, cuyos límites, en cuanto a siembras, los ciñe la cerca del otorgante y el río que va inmediato a la venta vieja, que es la que divide las tierras que tenía dicho Bernardo, de cuyo rancho y tierras hace excepción del paraje nombrado La Bolsa. El arrendamiento lo hace en 70 pesos anuales.
