María Gertrudis Quintana, de esta vecindad, viuda de José Silverio Gómez, por cuanto se prepara para hacer facción de inventarios de los cortos bienes que su difunto marido dejó, aprecio y remate de ellos, y como acreedora que es de la mitad de todos ellos como gananciales habidos en su matrimonio, perteneciendo la otra mitad a sus menores hijos, otorga poder a don Juan Pardo, vecino y del comercio de esta Villa, para que en su nombre se presente en el juzgado que corresponda y pida el reconocimiento y avalúo de los que fueren asistiendo al remate que de ellos se hicieren y especialmente cobre judicial o extrajudicialmente la parte que le corresponde como bienes gananciales.
