Don Laureano Fernández de Ulloa, vecino de este pueblo de Jalapa, con testamento hecho, informa que por vía de codicilio, nombra como albacea a su hijo don Francisco Javier Fernández de Ulloa, en substitución de don José Antonio de Acosta, el cual ha fallecido, nombra como herederos a sus 3 hijos, junto con su esposa; manda se dejen en libertad las esclavas María y Manuela Bárbara, que los 1, 000 pesos de la Capellanía de su hijo José Antonio están hipotecados, así mismo deja a sus hijos casas bajas que tiene en la Calle Real y otra en la esquina del Beaterio.
