Tiene algunos bienes inmuebles, joyas, la casa en la que vive, un esclavo nombrado Cayetano de 30 años. Declara fue casada con Juan Díaz de la Cueva, con quien tuvo 5 hijos, de los que vive sólo una hija. Nombra como albacea a su hija María Nicolasa y a su marido José Cabello, así también la nombra heredera.
