Patricio de Acosta, vecino de la Villa de Xalapa, otorga que vende a don José Ortiz de Zárate, Artista Platero de esta vecindad, un pedazo de solar de 12 varas de frente ubicado en la calle de la Caridad, con la que hace frente hacia el sur y del otro lado casas del Presbítero Carlos Suárez, al oriente linda con casas altas de don Juan de Bárcena, al fondo que es el norte con la cerca del solar de la casa del difunto don Bernardo Cardel, y al poniente con casa y solar de Rosalía Borja, alias Pedrote; la vende por 150 pesos de oro.
