Don Francisco Javier de Gorospe Yrala y Padilla, Abogado de la Real Audiencia de México, como patrono de la obra pía que mandó fundar el Licenciado Marcos Gutiérrez de Ceballos, otorga que nombra a doña Ana María de Segura Clavijo y Mangado, en lugar de María Gertrudis de Segura Clavijo y Mangado, hijas de don Antonio de Segura y de doña Teresa de Clavijo y Mangado, para que asistiendo en traje de huérfana a la función que nombran de la Hora, que es en culto de la virgen del Rosario que se solemniza el día martes de Pascua de Resurrección del presente año en la iglesia del Santo Domingo de la ciudad de los Ángeles, perciba los 300 pesos de la dote asignada por el fundador, cuya cantidad pagará el Mayordomo que fuese de dicha archicofradía.
