Don Lorenzo de Richarte y don José Robledano de Cardeña, como principales y el Capitán Bartolomé de Castro y José Pérez de Arellano, como fiadores, todos vecinos de la jurisdicción de Jalapa, el primero en nombre de don Diego Ignacio de Valverde, otorgan que se obligan a dar y cumplir el abasto de las carnicerías de este pueblo que se remató en ellos, por tiempo de 2 años que correrá desde el día de Pascua en adelante, con obligación de dar durante ese tiempo 6 libras de toro o novillo por un real y 2 libras 4 onzas de carnero por otro real; asimismo se obligan a cumplir las demás condiciones que se expresan en el remate.
