José Miguel Rujano, de esta vecindad, dijo que por cuanto José Rafael Figueroa se encuentra en esta Real Cárcel desde fines de mayo último por la Junta de Seguridad y Buen Orden, cuya causa no se le ha concluido por ignorarse el paradero de dos testigos que faltan de examinarse, pero como en la visita general de cárcel, en cumplimiento de uno de los capítulos de la Nueva Constitución promulgada, se le concedió libertad de cárcel bajo la fianza de estilo, por lo cual mediante la presente recibe en fiado al citado reo José Rafael Figueroa, recibiéndolo como su carcelero comentariense y obligándose a presentarlo a dicha junta cada vez que sea necesaria su presencia.
