Don Antonio Baquér, comerciante natural de la Villa y Corte de Madrid, de 40 años de edad, soltero, hijo legítimo de don Bernardo Baquér, natural de Manresa en el Principado de Cataluña, y de doña Josefa Galindo, natural de la Villa de Torrelaguna en Castilla la Nueva, ambos difuntos, por la presente otorga su testamento en el cual nombra en ésta América por albaceas en primer lugar a don Tomás Murphy, del comercio de Veracruz; en segundo lugar a don José María Echaves, del comercio de México; y en tercero a don Antonio de Olarte, del mismo comercio. Como herederos universales nombra a sus hermanos don Miguel Baquér y a don Bernardo Baquér, y en ausencia de estos a doña Francisca de Paula Baquér y Mingo y a don Marcelo Baquér y Mingo, hijos legítimos de su hermano Miguel.
