Antonio García y José García, vecinos de la jurisdicción de Jalapa, por sí y en representación de Cayetano, su hermano menor, dijeron que por fin y muerte de Catarina Pérez Díaz, su madre, quedaron ciertos bienes y esclavos, sobre los que tienen que interponer demanda, pero a causa de su hermano menor tienen que nombrar a quien lo represente, por tanto solicitan al Alcalde Mayor nombre a Juan Martín Blanco como su curador, y así otorgan los otros dos poder al mismo para que los represente en todos sus pleitos, causas y negocios que tuvieren, así demandando como defendiéndolos y para ello parezca en juicio y haga los autos y diligencias.
