Fray Antonio de Luna y Arellano, Prior y Hermano Mayor del Hospital de Jalapa [Hospital de Nuestra Señora de la Concepción], en virtud de la patente que tiene de tal hermano mayor, canceló una escritura de compra a censo redimible, de un solar que dicho hospital tiene en la calle que sale de la plaza y va para el camino que sale a los ingenios, y hace esquina al remate; linda con calle que va a Tecuanapa y puerta falsa de este hospital, en la cantidad de 200 pesos de principal, que celebró Juan López Ruiz Matamoros con el Padre Fray Juan Marín Mata, Prior que fue de este hospital, su fecha en Jalapa a los 28 días del mes de marzo de 1665.
