Don Miguel de Cosío Mier, natural de las montañas de Burgos y vecino de la Ciudad de la Nueva Veracruz, hijo legítimo de don Francisco de Cosío y doña Felipa de Bedoya, otorga poder para testar, a su mujer, doña Josefa Mariana Velad, junto con su suegro, don Francisco Miguel Velad y su hermano, don Juan Domingo de Cosío, vecinos de la Ciudad de la Nueva Veracruz, a quienes nombra albaceas, junto con don Juan Antonio de Arce y Arroyo y a don Gregorio Fernández Mantilla, vecinos de este pueblo, y como heredera a su hija Josefa Jerónima María de Cosío y Velad.
