Don Francisco Miguel de Campo, como principal obligado y Miguel Jiménez Carralero, vecinos del pueblo de Jalapa, se constituyen en fiadores reales y llanos, y dicho Francisco Miguel del Campo declara que por cuanto el Alférez Sebastián de Flores Moreno, el Tesorero Miguel Jerónimo López de Ontanar, Juan Prieto Rendón, Diego de la Torre Arnate, entre otros vecinos de este pueblo, le otorgaron poder para la recaudación de las Reales Alcabalas y para el seguro entrego de la renta se obligan de enterar en la Real Caja de la Ciudad de México, 975 pesos que fueron los que cupieron en el rateo que se hizo entre las demás provincias a quienes se remataron las Reales Alcabalas y les cupo dicha cantidad a esta provincia, la de Jalacingo, y Tetela.
