Antonio Méndez, hijo legítimo y heredero de los difuntos Antonia Hernández y Diego Méndez, declara que cuando su difunta madre quedó viuda, cedió al difunto don Agustín Suárez un pedazo de solar de 15 varas de frente y 15 varas de fondo, el cual esta frente a un callejón y casas que fueron de Agustina de Acosta, que llamaban las Tinas, contiguo a las casas de doña María Nicolasa de Torquemada y al fondo hasta la casa que fue del Capitán Juan de Malpica, y dado que en su momento no se hizo alguna escritura, realiza esta declaración y ratifica dicha cesión del solar a favor de María Nicolasa de Torquemada, albacea del difunto Agustín.
