Don José Antonio de la Peña, Regidor Perpetuo, Alférez Real del Ayuntamiento de esta Villa, otorga poder especial a don José Gutiérrez de Cubas, vecino de la Nueva Veracruz, y residente en la Capital de México, para que en representación de su persona solicite y perciba hasta la cantidad de 40 000 pesos por el fomento del giro de comercio que tiene establecido en esta Villa, y de lo que reciba entregue la escritura de imposición y reconocimiento, obligándose a satisfacer el principal, por lo que se le confiere este poder sin limitación alguna.
