Don Andrés Rodríguez Rojo, vecino de este pueblo de Jalapa, otorga que vende a don Anastasio Cruz, un sitio de estancia para ganado mayor nombrado Agua Santa en las inmediaciones de este pueblo, rodeado de piedra vana, dicha propiedad la compró al Bachiller José Velásquez de la Cadena, como albacea de Juan Isidro Velásquez de la Cadena, el 24 de septiembre de 1779, y hoy los da a 5, 000 pesos, de los cuales 2, 000 recibió en efectivo, y el resto los reconocerá el comprador a favor de la capellanía que sirve don Francisco Ángel del Camino, Canónigo Racionero de la iglesia de Valladolid.
