Don Pedro Díaz, hijo de don Antonio Díaz y de doña María Pérez, difuntos, natural de Villar del Burgo, en los Reinos de Castilla, otorga su última disposición donde declara no tiene bienes, estuvo sirviendo por 2 años en la ciudad de Veracruz a don José Gómez de la Lanza y desconoce si alcanzará algún beneficio por su servicio, es soltero, por persona de su confianza tiene al Presbítero Manuel García Campomanes, a quien nombra su albacea en dicha ciudad, y le deja comunicado que sea sepultado en la iglesia, también nombra a su amo José Gómez para lo que se ofrezca, señala como heredera a su madre.
