Domingo de Oliveros, como principal, vecino de Jalapa, y el Lic. Don Juan de Bañuelos Cabeza de Vaca, como su fiador, se obligaron a pagar a la Santa Iglesia Catedral de la ciudad de Puebla de los Ángeles, 215 pesos de oro común que valieron y montaron los diezmos de semillas, ganados y demás géneros en este partido, correspondientes al año pasado de 1671, menos los de los azúcares, y ganados de los ingenios y hacienda de Espanta Judíos; para el día 25 de diciembre que viene del presente año.
