El Reverendo Padre Fray Andrés Manuel de Amezúa, Guardián del Convento de San Francisco, junto con el Capitán don Pedro José Durán, su Síndico, informan que en el testamento del difunto Pedro Montiel, aparece una cláusula referente a la imposición de 100 pesos de censo principal, a favor del citado convento y que por no aplicarse dicha cláusula, se obligan a pagar los réditos de los 100 pesos, por el tiempo de 9 años, con una paga en cada uno del 5 % de los citados réditos.
