Don Miguel Antonio Barradas, vecino y del comercio de esta Villa de Xalapa, otorga que ha recibido de su hermana política doña Juana Hernández, de esta misma vecindad, viuda de don Francisco Barradas, la cantidad de 600 pesos que se obliga a tener en depósito irregular por tiempo de 9 años, con causa de réditos del 5 % anual, a cuyo seguro obliga e hipoteca una casa ubicada en la calle de la Amargura con la que hace frente al poniente, al norte linda con casa alta de doña María de Ortega, al oriente con solar de la casa de doña Antonia Domínguez Ballesteros, y al costado del sur con casa de don Antonio Ortiz.
