Diego de Landa, en nombre de su parte, presentó por testigo para la dicha información a Don Francisco de Orduña Loyando, vecino de esta provincia, y dijo en relación con el pedimento que si los menores herederos quisieran traspasar las tierras ubicadas en términos de Naolinco y Tonayán, no hallarían quien les diese mas de 6000 pesos, y si Don José de Ceballos y Burgos las recibe en cuenta de sus legítimas, es de gran utilidad a los menores.
