Don Sebastián Hidalgo, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, dijo que de pedimento de don Francisco Maniau y Ortega se proveyó por la justicia de esta cabecera, auto ejecutivo contra don Manuel José Bellido por 471 pesos y medio real, procedidos del arrendamiento del molino del demandante, a lo cual respondió el mencionado Bellido que estaba pronto a entregar la mencionada cantidad demandada bajo la calidad de la fianza de la Ley Real de Toledo, de lo que se notificó al mencionado Maniau, quien se allanó a dar dicha fianza, por lo que otorga el compareciente que se constituye como fiador de don Francisco Maniau y Ortega.
