Don Ruperto Mier y Corral, Subteniente de Granaderos del Regimiento Provincial de Infantería de Valladolid de Michoacán, residente en esta Villa, otorga poder general a don José María Obeso, Capitán del mismo Regimiento, residente en dicha ciudad de Valladolid, para que a su nombre demande, perciba y cobre judicial y extrajudicialmente de cualquier persona y de quien más haya lugar las cantidades de dinero que le adeuden a la fecha y debiesen en adelante. También se lo confiere para que cobre de don Agustín Barandiarán, vecino de la Ciudad de Pátzcuaro, 3 000 pesos que tiene retenido en su poder, pertenecientes del legado que de ellos le hizo su abuelo don José Ignacio del Corral, vecino que fue de la Ciudad de Pátzcuaro.
