Don José Antonio de Pedreguera, vecino de este pueblo de Jalapa, como apoderado general de don Juan Antonio de la Cabada y Velasco, albacea del difunto don Francisco Gutiérrez Bracho, quien dejó encargado vender una casa y solar en este pueblo, por lo que otorga que vende a don Antonio Valentín de Guevara, vecino de esta jurisdicción, una casa cubierta de teja con pilares de cal y canto, la cual tiene de fondo 27 varas y 21 de frente que es el norte por donde linda con la Calle Real, al sur con solar del pueblo, al oriente con tierras de la virgen, y al poniente con solar de Gertrudis Socorro. La vende en 220 pesos, 100 que tiene recibidos el otorgante y 120 a censo redimible sobre la casa.
